ND Somatics Learning Lab
Meets three times on the 2nd Friday of the month beginning on Friday October 13th, then November 10th, and December 8th. As a group, we will determine if we want to continue to meet monthly in the new year.
1pm-2:30pm ET/12pm-1:30pm CT, 11am-12:30pm MT/10am-11:30am PT
~$25-100 per 1.5 hour session
~6-8 participants
~In order to navigate simultaneous needs for predictability, consistency, group cohesion, flexibility, and autonomy, the request is that you register for 2 of the 3 sessions, and we would love to have you for all 3! You can either pay the week of the session or pay in advance for multiple sessions. If you know in advance which sessions you will be at, that's ideal, otherwise I will send a reminder out on Monday the week of the session, and you can confirm then. Advance registration is required.
~The group will collaborate on the topic for the following session-we will have group discussion and break-out rooms.
